We, the undersigned hereby request the above named minor be involved int he Royalty Competition in association with the annual rodeo produed by the Mountain Rodeo Association. We agree to hold harmless any and all parties and individuals associated with such competition and involvement for any incident, injury, accident or death occurring to the participant or their property. We also give permission for the participant's photograph to be used for media purposes associated with the competition. We have read this document, we understand it is a release of all claims. I understand as a Royalty Contestant I am required to attend mandatory events in conjunction with this contest as set forth by the MRA whether or not I am selected to be Little Miss, Princess or Queen. If selected I understand that my appearance will be required at various functions throughout the year to promote the Mountain Rodeo Association and that in the vent I fail to fulfill my responsibilities my crown, buckle and sash may be revoked.
