Sponsorship Request for Gymkhana Program
Dear Sponsor,
MRA is having its first Gymkhana Series ran by the parents, members and volunteers devoted to create a wholesome youth and family program. This is a family oriented sport that benefits these young competitors in several ways, including the responsibility they learn through caring for their animals, as well as the respect, camaraderie and sportsmanship they gain as competitors. There’s nothing as good for the inside of a child then the outside of a horse.
This Gymkhana Series is once a month, 9 months out of the year, the riders are awarded daily high point prizes along with year end awards. To try and keep the entry fees affordable we deemed it necessary to develop a sponsorship program to help offset the cost of the awards. Individuals or businesses that would like to support are able to do so at different levels.
The more sponsors we get the better the prizes. My goal is to have a saddle series for that we need to raise $3500.00.
Our program will be greatly enhanced by your tax deductible donation.
Presenting Sponsor $3500.00
This level you will be on all Gymkhana advertisement stating MRA and (your business name) Gymkhana Series, be advertised at all MRA event, advertisement on the MRA website, Company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be placed around the arena, 4 free Rodeo tickets and you can sponsor 2 riders to cover their entries for the year, every time their name is announced your business will be announce as their sponsor. There is only one spot for this level.
Diamond Sponsor$500.00 and above
This level you will be advertised at all MRA Gymkhana events, advertisement on the MRA website, company banner ( if provided by the sponsor) will be placed around the arena, you can sponsor 1 riders to cover their entries for the year every time their name is announced your business will be announce as their sponsor.
Gold Sponsor $250.00 to $499.00
This level you will be advertised at all MRA Gymkhana events, advertisement on the MRA website, and company banner (if provided by the sponsor) will be placed around the arena at the Gymkhanas.
Bronze Sponsor $100.00 to $249.00
This level you will be advertised at all MRA Gymkhana events and advertisement on the MRA website.
Friend Sponsor $99.00 and less
This level you will be advertised at the upcoming MRA Gymkhana event, and advertised on the website for the upcoming Gymkhana event.
