All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 bounced check fee. No exceptions please. Unpaid charges: If the show must bill an exhibitor for unpaid charges, a $2.00/class billing fee will be added to the amount due.

ENTRY DEADLINE:

You MUST enter your Mule in the Team Roping & Sorting by April 23. Partner(s) deadline will be at Noon on Saturday, May 1st. If you can not get all the partner(s) you wish, you will be fully refunded your entry fee.
 
 
DIRECTIONS:
From the South: Take Hwy 99 North, Exit Manning Ave. Manning Avenue in Reedley, first signal light next to the college, turn right. Turn Right onto Reed Ave. Take that out of town about 5 miles to a stop sign. Turn Right onto Hwy 180/ Kings Canyon. Rodeo Grounds 13 miles on left hand side; turn in at the POST OFFICE.
 
From the North: Hwy 99 South, to Hwy 180 East. Dead ends at Clovis Ave, turn RIGHT onto Clovis Ave. 2 miles to Kings Canyon, Turn LEFT. Hwy 180/Kings Canyon approx 12 miles through the (very) small towns of Minkler and Centerville. Turn LEFT on Hwy 180 towards Squaw Valley/ Sequoia National Park. Approx 13 miles to Squaw Valley, arena/Rodeo Grounds are on the left hand side. The drive way is between the Post office and the gas station.
 
From any direction & going around busy intersections: From 99 or 41, Exit Jensen Avenue turn EAST. Approx. 10 miles to McCall Avenue (signal light) turn LEFT, approx. 2 miles to E. Kings Canyon Rd/CA-180 turn RIGHT. Hwy 180 approx 12 miles through the (very) small towns of Minkler and Centerville. Turn LEFT on Hwy 180 towards Squaw Valley/ Sequoia National Park. Approx 13 miles to Squaw Valley, arena/Rodeo Grounds are on the left hand side. Turn in at the Post Office.
 
Grounds & Pens: There are no hook-ups for R.V.’s or Trailers. Plenty of open space to park, camp & ride. Port-A-Potties will be provided. There are a limited number of pens available BY RESERVATION ONLY! You are welcome to tie to your trailer, bring portable pens or hi-line in the trees at your own risk. The Mountain Rodeo Association will be hosting the snack shack Friday, Saturday & Sunday for breakfast snacks & lunches. There are covered bleachers. This is a rodeo arena, sorry no covered stalls or barns.
 
Lodging: 
Squaw Valley Motel approx ½ mile from grounds 559-332-2382 
Hummingbird Inn: 559-338-0160 or www.hummingbirdsrest.com, approx 5 miles past arena. 
Sierra Inn: 559-338-0678, approx. 10 miles past arena. Also has a bar & dance so maybe loud at night.
 
Restaurants
Bear Mountain Pizza approx. 1 mile from arena. 
The Rare Steer, approx. 15 miles from rodeo grounds… really friendly staff! Recommended for the BEST steaks & ribs around:
Clingan’s Junction: Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, East on Hwy 180 from Grounds approx 5miles on right.
Malagro’s Mexican Food: Hwy 180 east, turn Right onto Dunlap Road, approx. 5 miles, on Left. 
 
Gas Station/Mini Mart: There is one just outside of the rodeo grounds and one approx. 5 miles up the road at Clingan’s Junction.
 
Feed/Tack Store
L & L Feed in Clingan’s Junctions, approx 5 miles from rodeo grounds.
Bird’s Hay on HWY 180 before you get to Squaw Valley.

All classes will be conducted and judged in accordance to AMA rules. In all questionable cases, please review with your
Show Representative first.
 
Each Mule/Donkey is required to pay the CA drug fee as defined by law (section 1280.2)
 
For safety reasons, all dogs must be on leashes at all times.
 
All ties will be decided by the flip of a coin.
