Vendor Release Form

LIABILITY: The Mountain Rodeo Association and the Squaw Valley Rodeo are not responsbile for stolen or damaged merchandise. The Mountain Rodeo Association and the Squaw Valley Rodeo are not responsible or liable for any injuries for an accident occurring throughout the event including while the vendor is transporting or removing their products. The Vendor is responsible for notifying the consumer of potential health hazards surrounding their products i.e. allergies pertaining to skin products but is absolutely mandatory should food be prepared with nut products or shellfish. The Mountain Rodeo Association and the Squaw Valley Rodeo accepts no responsibility for reimbursement associated with returned checks or declined credit card payments, etc. The Vendor is responsible for transporting and removing the goods to and from the Vendor area in a safe and courteous manner.
WAIVER: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT is consideration of the rental of the vendor area. I hereby agree to as follows:
The Vendor is responsible for leaving the area in the condition that is was originally received i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. To waive all claims that I may have in the future against the Mountain Rodeo Association and the Squaw Valley Rodeo and their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives (all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Releasees) and to the Releasees from any and all liability of any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of arising out of any aspect of my use of the Vendor area due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or theft; or in respect of the provisions of the failure to provide any warnings, directions, instructions, or guidance as to the use of the Vendor are except if the claim is the result of the Mountain Rodeo Association or Squaw Valley Rodeo negligence.
To hold harmless and indemnify the Releases from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense to any third party, resulting from the Vendor area. The agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES.
